Thank you so much for your generous pledges of $500 towards the purchase of an air conditioner for our children classroom. This will help a lot to their activities in the summer, as we all know that they are using this room at least three times a week. May God bless us all as we work together in building up another generation of healthy disciples of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Pat has been with us for the past 10 years. We thank God for his vision of a multi-cultural and multi-racial urban church. Pastor Pat will be appointed as the senior pastor at First UMC in Boulder, CO, starting July 1st, 2010. We will take a whole-congregation picture in front of the church right after the service. Then we will have a pot-luck lunch in the Fellowship Hall upstairs. Please bring a dish to share.

This camp was made available from a grant from the General Board of Discipleship of the United Methodist Church for strengthening Vietnamese families of our Brentwood church.
